Refund policy

ALL RETURNS WILL BE IN THE FORM OF A STORE CREDIT. NO MONEY REFUNDS. We have a 7-day return policy for all orders, which means you have 7 days after your order is received to request a return by email. If your order was a pick up, you have 7 days after making your purchase to request a return. If you don't pick up your order within 7 days of your order we can't offer you more days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, without  any odor, with tags, and in its original packaging.  

To start the return please send us an email with your order number to; shop11oncepr@gmail.com

We will send you a prepaid label for you to print and send us the merchandise for only $7.00 wich will be deducted from you store credit.

Pickup orders that request a return also need to be shipped. We can't pickup returns.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, sequin items, lace items, pre order items, items with any discount or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Store credit
You’ll be automatically issued a store credit and will receive an email notification. To use this credit just sign in, you will receive a special code, enter this code and automatically you will be able to use it in your new purchase.
